CATEGORY AND SUITE TYPE
Executive -- Professionally furnished apartments or condominiums, superior quality furnishings, fully-equipped kitchens equal to first-class deluxe hotels. These beautifully furnished short-term condominium/suites are for the executive and leisure traveller who appreciates superior quality, service and attention to the details which are often lost in today's crowded, commercial hotels. 2-bdrm: approx 1,200 sq.ft.; 1-bdrm: approximately 890 sq.ft.
 

PAYMENTS & CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS
Your authorization of the use of your credit card number will secure a guaranteed booking with Delwood Properties Ltd. Whether or not you

have actually signed the appropriate draft, verbal authorization of the use of your credit card confirms your reservation. A 25% deposit of the full amount of any reservation or extension is requested immediately in advance. The deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation and you will be advised upon confirmation of your booking with Delwood Properties Ltd.

CHANGES AFTER CONFIRMATIONS
Any changes in your reservations after they have been confirmed by Delwood Properties Ltd. may be subject to an administration charge of $40.00 per booking. Acceptance of changes in check-in dates remains at the sole discretion of Delwood Properties Ltd. and may be viewed as a cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS
Written notice of cancellations must be received by Delwood Properties Ltd. in the event of cancellation. Refunds of rental payments depends upon a Travel Suite being re-rented for the same period of time, whether prior or during occupancy of a furnished Travel Suite. Clients are responsible for daily rates in the event of weekly and monthly cancellations. A minimal administration fee may be assessed for any cancellation.
